RMB processes account, identity, device, entitlement, usage and security metadata needed to provide and protect the service. Customer prompts, command text, file contents, credentials and tool output are transient by default and are not routine retained telemetry.
Production persistent state is designed around EU-jurisdiction services where configured, but RMB does not claim every edge request is processed only in the EU unless separately commissioned and evidenced.
